This unique project was developed by CDG as a turnkey senior facility on behalf of and for the City of Phoenix, which now owns it. The project received national recognition for design and is set in the foothills of a desert preserve. This senior living site demonstrates CDG’s ability and reputation for developing projects that are appealing to any market. Ladera Del Norte was very difficult to finance, as it needed to fit in a small desert preserve area. However, the technical capacity of CDG overcame these challenges to create a successful outcome for our partners.
