Aspera

Aspera represents the very mission of Cardon Development Group: to enrich the lives of individuals and the community as a whole. In partnership with Community Church of Joy, CDG developed approximately 80 acres on the 101 Loop and 75th Avenue. Pursued by the church to assist with this master development, CDG first conceptualized, and now has brought to life, this mixed-use community. Aspera now provides a rich sense of place and connection while adhering to the church’s important mission and values.
