Isa Ragland is an intern at Cardon Development Group, a fully integrated commercial, multi-family housing and retail development group founded by Don Cardon in 2002. Prior to joining CDG in 2022, she graduated from the University of Arizona, completing her degree in just three years.

As an intern for CDG, she assists in facilitating key meetings and managing relationships with development professionals from across the country. After completing her Masters in Real Estate Development at Arizona State University (est. May 2023), Isa plans to focus on large-scale commercial projects in urban areas.

In the spring of 2022, she graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning and Regional Development with a minor in Business Economics. While earning her Bachelor’s degree, Isa worked multiple jobs, from customer service, operations, human services, and recreation.

While attending high school in the valley, Isa worked for Home Depot where she was able to learn about construction and the building process for a project. This knowledge has helped her to understand more about construction in relation to development.

Isa also had the privilege of going on a mission trip with her church to Mexico to build houses for homeless families. Through this she was not only able to learn more about the construction of a home, but also helped to create positive change in families lives. This was a very enlightening experience for Isa because she discovered a passion to be able to create affordable developments for those who are less fortunate and help them create a better life for generations to come. She hopes to one day be able to lessen the percentage of homeless populations not only in the valley, but around the world.

Isa is an Arizona native currently residing in Tempe, AZ to further her education in the Masters in Real Estate Development program through Arizona State University. In her free time, Isa enjoys cooking, and watching HGTV, specifically many home renovation shows. She also hopes to further her world awareness through travel and experiencing many different cultures.
