Rising at the corner of 1st Avenue and Roosevelt Street in Downtown Phoenix, the Union @ Roosevelt development serves as a gateway, mixed-use, transit-oriented development (TOD) project for the Historic Roosevelt Neighborhood. It consists of 80 luxury residential apartment residences, underground parking and approximately 9,200SF of street level retail and restaurant uses, all adjacent to one of the highest boarded light rail transit stations in Phoenix.
CDG principal Matt Seaman was the general partner and developer of the project, and was also responsible for structuring a Government Property Lease Excise Tax agreement with the City of Phoenix, along with financing partnerships with LISC Phoenix, Sustainable Communities Collaborative and Stearns Bank.
