Williston Square

In the heart of Williston, North Dakota sits a 800-acre ambitious new mixed-use project that will introduce an extraordinary regional destination to the Midwest.

Cardon Development Group (CDG) assisted the City with the FAA decommissioning of Sloulin Field International Airport and creating a master plan of Williston Square. The plan prioritizes community and connectivity with neighborhoods, bustling mixed-use districts, commercial avenues, medical facilities, recreational spaces and one-of-a-kind amenities. CDG completed decommissioning in October 2019 with construction of the phased City infrastructure commencing immediately thereafter. Quick service retail development began in the summer of 2021.
